Your Wedding Memories

Our gratitude for celebrating 30 years of Lanhydrock extends to the many wonderful weddings here over the years. We would like to highlight some wedding memories from the past 3 decades, starting with Claire Ivey’s beautiful wedding from 1997…

“I was fortunate enough to have my wedding reception at Lanhydrock Hotel and Golf Club on 12th April 1997. The weather was fantastic, the sun shone, and everyone enjoyed an arrival cocktail on the patio. The day was run by a fantastic team which included Clare Bond, Jennifer Langmaid and master of ceremonies Ceri Willcox. The hotel wasn’t built when I got married, however, a group of us stayed in the house near the 1st tee. The morning after, my party of 10 that stayed overnight enjoyed breakfast followed by a friendly round of golf. I did have lessons with the pro prior to my wedding. Now 26 years later I have become a member of the Lanhydrock team and work in reception. One last thing to say, Happy Anniversary to my Husband Richard!” – Claire Ivey, 1997
