Earlier this week, our team began returning to work to prepare the Clubhouse & Hotel for re-opening, and to implement the extra measures necessary to prevent the further spread of Coronavirus.

Andy, Operations Manager at Lanhydrock for the past 6 years, has been busy ensuring that every precaution is being taken to ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests alike.

This includes:

• Staff training on how to prevent the spread of Covid-19 within the hospitality setting.
• Installing hand sanitising stations at various areas throughout the building, including back of house.
• Implementing a system whereupon all visitors and guests can provide their full contact details, this is necessary if we are asked to provide any details to the NHS track and trace service.
• Displaying clear guidelines throughout the building for the benefit of staff and guests alike.

These guidelines and regulations will be under constant review and will be amended regularly to provide the most up to date information.

This new way of working is unfamiliar to us all but the health and safety of our staff and guests remains our utmost priority. That said, we are so looking forward to welcoming you all back and cannot wait to return to some form of normality, or ‘the new normal.’
