Stephen W: “I’ve been using the Fitness Suite at Lanhydrock Golf Club for a few months now to work on improving my strength and try and condition my body to prevent injuries. I also hoped that it would ultimately translate to a better and more powerful golf swing and better running and cycling performances. The benefits of strength and conditioning for all generations are well documented so I devised a programme that would target all the muscle groups I needed to improve, and I have been doing this 2/3 times a week and am definitely beginning to see improvement.”
